Mughlai Chicken Korma

 

How to make Mughlai Chicken Korma:

Ingredients:

  1 kg of chicken

• 1/2 cup yogurt

• 3 tablespoons of poppy seeds

• 12 cashew nuts

• 1 cup fried onions

• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

• 1 inch cinnamon

• 2 two cloves

• 2 two cardamom

• 1 tbsp cumin powder

• 2 tbsp chili powder

• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

• Salt, sugar to taste

• Oil like quantity

Method:

 1. Chicken curd should be marinated with little powdered spices.


 2. Fry onions should be beaten. Poppy seeds should be made into a paste by beating cashew nuts. Grind the whole garam masala.


 3. When the oil is hot add ginger garlic paste. Then add all the powdered masala. Then add the marinated chicken. Stir for 5-6 minutes and add the onion paste.


 4. Give poppy cashew paste by stirring for a while. After leaving the oil, cover the water with salt and sweet until it is cooked.


 5. When the chicken is cooked, it is hot
