Ingredients:
1 kg plain yogurt
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon coriander leaf paste
1 tablespoon mint leaf paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
1 tablespoon roasted coriander powder
1 tablespoon white mustard powder
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 tablespoon black salt
1 teaspoon regular salt
Cooking instructions:
Step 1
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the yogurt using a whisk.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all the listed ingredients with 1 cup of cold water.
Step 3
You should now strain the soaked spices.
Step 4
Combine the yogurt with the strained spice powder, and your Borhani will be ready. Adjust the sugar, salt, and consistency as needed, and serve chilled.
